U18 Boarding School applicants: Upload your football CV, academic records, and optionally a highlight video. A €50 Application Processing Fee applies, covering coaching staff review of your CV/video, verification of submitted documents, and administrative processing. This fee is non-refundable and is separate from the Programme Reservation Deposit and monthly instalments described under Academy Fees.

Open Trials applicants: No application fee applies at this stage. Trial logistics (accommodation, meals, training facility access, and coaching) are arranged through third-party providers, with costs passed through to the family at cost — see our Open Trials page for details.

We accept a limited number of international players each year based on available training and boarding capacity.

Male players aged 13 and above are welcome to apply, provided they have successfully completed the equivalent of primary school (e.g., Grade 8 for applicants from systems using that structure, or Junior Secondary School 3 for applicants from Nigeria and other countries using the JSS system). Selected applicants aged 13–17 begin the Polish equivalent of high school (first year of vocational school), combining academic study with football training. Applicants aged 18 and above join our Polish language program and/or adult vocational training/education track alongside their football development. All applicants under 18 must apply with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be included in all communications regarding the application, trial, and enrollment process. We look for potential, discipline, and a passion for football in every applicant.

Yes, we organize trials for players in Katowice. Trial logistics — accommodation, meals, training facility access, and coaching — are arranged through third-party providers, and the associated costs are passed through to the player's family at cost. Yes. Players can attend a trial independently, without any obligation to join the academy afterward. We also support trial arrangements for agents, scouts, clubs, academies, or unaffiliated players seeking an independent evaluation or recommendation.

UEFA-standard football training, competitive matches, accommodation, meals, and health care. Players are enrolled in Polish public school, where tuition is free of charge; accommodation, meals, and welfare support are covered under the program fee. Classes are taught in Polish alongside Polish students, so the first year focuses heavily on language immersion and mastery, supported by dedicated language and integration support throughout the program. Academic progress is monitored throughout.

Akademia Lospuma follows a child-protection policy aligned with Polish law and international safeguarding standards for minors in sport. All coaching and welfare staff undergo background checks (Polish Certificate of No Criminal Record / equivalent for foreign staff) and safeguarding training before working with players under 18. We maintain a designated Safeguarding Officer as the first point of contact for any concerns, operate a code of conduct for staff and players, and require parental/guardian consent for all players under 18, including for accommodation, medical treatment, and travel. Boarding facilities include appropriate adult supervision ratios, and we welcome parents to visit or contact the academy at any time during their child's enrollment.

Yes, partial scholarships are available based on football performance and demonstrated financial need. Applicants must submit supporting documents (e.g., proof of financial circumstances) along with a player assessment as part of the review process.

Graduates may join our first team, sign with partner clubs, or pursue university football scholarships abroad. We provide career guidance and support connecting players with licensed agents where appropriate..

Yes. We provide the supporting documentation required for a Polish student visa application, including an academy training/education contract and school enrollment confirmation. Final visa approval is determined by the relevant Polish consulate or immigration authority, and we recommend families begin the visa process as early as possible once accepted.

Full-time programs: From €1,500 per year, depending on program type, academic level, and housing option.

Complete boarding program: Typically €3,500–€9,000 per year, covering football training, school placement, accommodation, meals, and welfare support.

Trials: €900 per week, covering accommodation, meals, training facility access, and coaching (arranged through third-party providers — see our Open Trials page for a full breakdown). Residential trial options are available on request.

Payment options: Partial scholarships and monthly payment plans are available for eligible families. Full payment details are provided directly to accepted applicants and their parents/guardians during the enrollment process.
