Where talent meets opportunity. We combine elite football training with quality education in a nurturing boarding environment to develop future football stars and leaders.
Our U18 Boarding School welcomes talented young footballers from around the world to join our integrated academic and athletic program in Poland. Pupils are enrolled full-time in local Polish public schools, where the primary language of instruction is Polish. To ease their transition, all international pupils receive intensive Polish language training and integration support throughout their first academic year.
Admission Criteria:
We consider applicants who meet the following conditions:
- Age: Between 13 and 17 years old
- Prior Education: Completed the equivalent of primary school (e.g., Grade 8, or Junior Secondary School 3 / JSS3 for applicants from Nigeria and similar systems)
- Football Talent: Demonstrated skill, experience, and motivation
- Education Commitment: Willingness to learn and excel in Polish public school
- Language Learning: Enthusiastic approach to Polish language immersion, particularly during the first year
- Parental/Guardian Consent: Application made with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian

School Recruitment Calendar (Silesian Voivodeship)
Placement in Polish public schools follows the official recruitment calendar set annually by the Silesian Board of Education (Śląski Kurator Oświaty). While Akademia Lospuma accepts player applications year-round, we submit school placement paperwork to our partner schools in line with this official state schedule:

Because school placement dates are set by regional authorities and not by the academy, we recommend applicants apply as early as possible in the academic year to allow time for document preparation, translation, and submission ahead of the main round deadline. Exact annual dates are published each January by the Kuratorium Oświaty w Katowicach.
Required Documents
The following documents are required as part of the application and enrollment process:
- Completed Application Form
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Passport or National ID
- Primary School Results and Certificate (Grade 8 and above)
- Sworn (certified) Polish translation of all foreign-language documents — contact our registration team for translation support
- School Confirmation Letter (template provided)
- Notarized Parental Consent and Authorization (template provided), plus a copy of the parent/guardian's passport or ID
- Medical Certificate confirming fitness to study and participate in sports (template provided)
Document Legalisation
Documents issued outside Poland must be authenticated before they can be used for school enrollment and visa purposes. The type of authentication required depends on the issuing country:
- EU / EEA / Switzerland: No legalisation required — certified Polish translation only.
- Hague Apostille Convention countries: An apostille issued by the competent authority in the issuing country is required.
- Non-Hague Convention countries: Full diplomatic legalisation is required, certified by the relevant ministry in the issuing country and then legalised by the nearest Polish embassy or consulate.
Because requirements are set by international treaty and can change, we recommend confirming the exact requirement for your country via the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs or your nearest Polish consulate before submitting documents. Our registration team is available to guide families through this process on a case-by-case basis.
Polish Language Preparation
All admitted pupils undergo an intensive beginner’s Polish language course, designed to help them achieve classroom-level proficiency by the end of their first school year.
School Enrollment
Pupils are officially enrolled at our partner Polish public school, attending full-time alongside local students as part of a fully immersive educational experience.
Ongoing Support
We offer continued assistance including:

- Language support
- Visa and Residence permit
- Personal development and welfare monitoring
Boarding & Welfare
Pupils live in academy-arranged accommodation—either a supervised boarding house or with trusted host families. Our structured routine promotes balance between training, academics, and rest.
While football training is delivered through Fundacja Akademia Lospuma, Akademia Lospuma sp. z o.o. remains the single point of contact for all welfare, guardianship, and safety matters, regardless of which entity is running a given activity.
